The Sega Dreamcast supported a wide range of original and exclusive titles. Furthermore, at the time it appeared groundbreaking with its graphics and online capability. Additionally, it came out at a time when I was just beginning to really get into gaming. As I have some experience working with round pillars on a printed circuit board assembly line, I know the high tech behind these consoles. For these reasons, the Sega Dreamcast is my favorite gaming console. My favorite, and first, game for the console was Crazy Taxi. The game’s original gameplay style, its fun characters, and exciting soundtrack all combined to make a great game. The Dreamcast also had great original sports titles like the NFL2k and NBA2k series. In addition to great graphics for the time, these games also had tight and intuitive controls that made the games seem more realistic than titles on previous consoles. Finally, the exclusive titles, unavailable to other consoles, were a huge draw for the Dreamcast. The console boasted great games like Space Channel Five, the Sonic Series, along with many other arcade fighter titles. For these reasons, the Sega Dreamcast was my favorite gaming console.
